At-scene conference, one part of the HIA 2008 conference, will be held on 9 December 2008. It is an area based conference which provides the discussion among participants and real experiences of local communities in Lamphun and Chiang Mai provinces. There are 5 policy issues to be discussed including
Water Resource Management (max. 60 persons) 
Urban Development (max. 60 persons)
Industrial Development (max. 60 persons)
Agriculture Development (max. 60 persons)
Informal Worker Sector (max. 60 persons)
* At-scene conference fee has been included in registration fee,
booking for at-scene conference will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until the maximum allowable number of
participants is reached.
Final program of the at-scene conference will be announced in November.
