All participants are required to register in order to attend the HIA 2008 conference and/or preconference training courses. The registration will be available from 31 May 2008 by

Due to failure of the registration system previously, we have amended the system already. So, we decide to extend early bird registration until 10 October 2008.

  • HIA 2008 Conference


    •      - Early bird rate: 400 US$ (extended until 10 October 2008)
         - Regular rate: 500 US$ (after 10 October 2008)

    Registration to the conference will give you:
         - access to all sessions
         - join the at-scene conference
         - coffee break and lunch
         - welcome dinner, on 8 December 2008, and special dinner with an
           international SOLEE and cultural show, on 9 December 2008
         - conference materials

         On-site registration is available for the HIA 2008 conference only!
         and we accept payment by cash.


         Check-In for the HIA 2008 conference will be opened on Sunday, 7 December
         during 15.00-17.30, and Monday, 8 December during 7.30-9.00, at The
         Empress convention Center. Name tags will be distributed at check-in and
         required for admission to the conference.


  • HIA 2008 Conference

    •      There is no refund for cancellation of attending HIA 2008 Conference.

  • Preconference training courses

    •      The courses registration fee will be refunded minus US$ 30 administration
         fee and contingent upon a written notice of cancellation received by
         30 September. After 30 September, no refunds will be issued.
